Frozen Amigos brings the Mexican Tradition of Paletas to the Alabama Gulf Coast!
My greatest childhood memories are visiting family members who made their living working in ice cream shops, called Paleterías. There, they made fresh fruit ice pops from scratch, called Paletas.
Unlike most grocery store ice pops, which are made with artificial flavoring and coloring, our paletas are different! They’re made using water or cream for the base, natural ingredients like fresh fruits, and sweetened with sugar.
Our vision is to bring this delicious experience to the people of Mobile and nearby areas, via our traveling food truck or rentable carts.
